New ESD, defrosted, reheated, and served up as fresh. Hey, it was only hanging around for about two weeks.
The weather’s been pretty freaky ’round the globe lately; heard about the tornado in Florida. Man. It’s a bit more pleasant here in the PH, just getting the cool winds we should have gotten this December. Makes working a bit more bearable.
Speaking of work, I’ve been doing a little something on the side - a comic book cover! Yep, since Ariel had decided to announce it over at his blog, I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to talk about it over here. He’s working on, if I understand correctly, the first Class book. We’ve just about finished discussing the fourth draft, on which we primarily dealt with the layout (hence the non-focus on the colors and minute background details).The fifth (and perhaps final) incarnation of the cover should be worked on this month.
Quite a number of things going on in the comic world over here, and admittedly, I do have some reading to do! There was the Komiks Congress that just wrapped up, as well as a few more interesting blog posts from around the local comic scene. I’m already thinkin’ about some cons for this year, like ToyCon 2007. Hmm.
